Ep | July 3 2020 | Antonyms of Quarantine ep
I wrote 6 songs during the quarantine. Unlike many people I was lucky to have a big garden where I could play music and film some videos. I asked then Fien, Marta, The Nyc, and Antonio Noventa to help me finish the songs from their homes.
Each song’s title is one rhyme of a sort of haiku.

1. Quarantine Days (featuring Marta Stella)
One week on lockdown.
My thoughts are with the people who lost their dears during this week and the previous ones.
I extend my thoughts to the people who are waiting for their dears in the intensive care units.
Hope they will go through this.
We, the “locked down” people will do our part by staying home to reduce the spread of the virus.
I wrote this instrumental song to keep morale up.
Spring is coming again and I hope we will celebrate it soon after this nightmare will be gone.
2. Seen From Far Away (featuring Marta Stella)
Another week on lockdown. The bad news is coming from all over my country.
Some friends of mine are nurses who are battling day by day against the virus.
I dedicated this instrumental song to them. Just my little tribute to their tireless efforts.
Once again in my garden, with the violin at distance by Marta
3. Keep, Stay, Close, Away (featuring Fien & Marta Stella)
I wrote this song less than one month ago after marking 1 month in quarantine.
Like many of you, I tried to connect with music during self-isolation.
Instead of living room concerts, I spent more time outside in the garden and asked Fien and Marta Stella to help me finish my song.
4. May You Be Safe (featuring Marta Stella & The NYC)
Last time I met my friend the Nyc was in February.
We were doing rehearsals for a concert that did not take place because of the coronavirus.
After 2 months I managed to have him on a short instrumental.
As per usual, in this recent series of songs, Marta joins me with the violin.
Hopefully, we play music together soon…that is something we altogether miss.
5. Long Hours Have No Name (featuring Marta Stella)
Long Hours have no Name.
Quarantine is over, but, obviously, nothing else is over yet.
I can go out and lead almost 100% of my usual life while many still suffer.
People around me seem to quickly forget.
I wrote 6 short songs during the quarantine. 4 were previously released here.
One of these featured then lyrics by Fien.
This is the penultimate instrumental.
Each instrumental’s title is one rhyme of a sort of haiku.
The full poem will be revealed in a few days.
6. Facing Fate (featuring Antonio Noventa)
The final rhyme of a music poem that I wrote between March 2020 to June 2020
Seen From Far Away
Keep, Stay, Close, Away
May You Be Safe
Long Hours Have No Name
